Why each held edition was held, and three of them added
Editions that had been held back were checked one by one against the supplier’s files; three differed only in verse numbering and joined the library, which grew to 104 editions in 45 languages.
Some editions had been held back from the library with one general message. Each was compared with the supplier’s catalogue, section by section and book by book, and the causes turned out to differ: a few exports are genuinely missing text, and three differed only in how they number verses.
Those three were added: Brenton’s Septuagint, the Septuagint edition and the Latin American Spanish Bible. The library then held 104 editions across 45 languages. Editions with missing text stay out, and the reasons are written down.
