We started a ledger of data changes
Every change to the published data is now recorded, with when and why. A change with no record does not reach the site.
Changes to the published data now go into a ledger where each record links to the one before it.
- The first record holds the hashes of 21,613 items.
- Each change records its reason and the text before and after. A change with no reason is refused.
- A change with no record does not reach the site.
- The ledger proves the history. It does not prove that the content is right.
- You cannot see it on the site yet. Each entry’s change history comes in a later step.
