Reading the World English Bible with its evidence
In the World English Bible, the chapter’s people, places and events sit beside the text, its names open their entries, and its relationships and places can be drawn in place of the text.
The evidence in this collection is quoted from the World English Bible (WEB), so an English reader now gets the same study layer the Korean study reader had:
- “In this chapter” beside the text: the chapter’s people, places and events, each with the verses it cites.
- Names in the text that open their entries. They are carried over from the reviewed Korean tags, verse by verse, where the English names the same person: 8,833 of 10,076 tags (88%). Most of the rest are verses where the Korean names someone and the English says “he”.
- Relationships and Map views that draw the chapter in place of the text.
