Sourced locations for 283 places, and the collection progress page
Places are placed on the map from OpenBible.info’s geocoding data, each with its source and confidence, and a page shows how far the 66 books are collected.
- 283 places take a location from OpenBible.info’s Bible Geocoding Data (CC BY 4.0), matched by name and by the verses they share. Each location says where it comes from and how sure it is; only confident points get a pin, and regions, rivers and routes get none.
- The collection progress page shows each of the 66 books and how many of its chapters carry evidence, and the front page sums it up.
